Not only does Rick Perry believe it is ok for the gov't to mandate healthcare, he also believes they should bribe people to buy certain goods

So not only does "free market champion," Rick Perry believe it is ok to force certain people to take drugs, he is fine with bribing them to buy certain energy efficient products as well. There can be no debate, Perry absolutely believes in liberty and free markets.
